AI Disclaimer
Stratridge uses Large Language Models to power its audits, drafts, and analysis. Read this to understand the limitations of AI and your responsibilities when using the outputs. Effective April 19, 2026.
1. Nature of the Service
Stratridge integrates artificial intelligence, specifically Large Language Models (LLMs), to analyse marketing positioning, review competitor signals, draft copy, and provide strategic insights. While we design our prompts and systems to ground the AI in your specific context and data, the outputs are generated probabilistically by algorithms, not by human experts.
2. Not Professional Advice
The content, recommendations, audits, and drafts generated by Stratridge are provided for informational, educational, and strategic guidance purposes only. They do not constitute professional, legal, financial, or regulatory advice. You should not rely on Stratridge outputs as a substitute for independent professional judgment or consultation with qualified experts in your specific industry.
3. Accuracy and Hallucinations
Due to the inherent nature of generative AI, the Service may occasionally produce outputs that are inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or entirely fabricated (commonly known as “hallucinations”). While we strive to minimise these occurrences through strict system prompts and evidence-grounding techniques, we cannot guarantee the factual accuracy of any AI-generated statement.
You acknowledge that AI models do not possess true understanding, real-time awareness (unless explicitly querying a live tool), or the ability to verify facts independently.
4. Your Responsibility for Due Diligence
You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and fact-checking all AI-generated outputs before relying on them, publishing them, or using them to make business decisions. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Verifying claims made in generated marketing copy or battle cards.
- Confirming the accuracy of competitor analysis or market positioning statements.
- Ensuring that generated content complies with your organisation’s brand guidelines, legal obligations, and industry regulations.
- Checking that the output does not inadvertently plagiarise third-party content or infringe intellectual property rights.
5. No Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Capstera and Stratridge disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of any AI-generated content. We accept no liability for any loss, damage, or negative consequences arising directly or indirectly from your use of, or reliance upon, the outputs generated by the Service.
6. Relationship to Terms of Service
This AI Disclaimer supplements and forms part of our broader Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between this Disclaimer and the Terms of Service regarding AI outputs, the provisions of this Disclaimer shall take precedence.
